The DMR (depth measuring w/reticle) Microscopes are ideal for observation of fine detail.  The smooth helical focusing with calibrated vertical motion keeps the lens and scale stationary.  It has a sturdy metal body with a transparent plastic base.  The measuring reticle comes in standard English or metric scale, please specify when ordering.   The eyepiece contains a measuring reticle to allow highly precise measurments
