The newest member of the Betacolor Xpress series brings extraordinary ease-of-use and productivity to the production floor and the QC office.  The Betacolor S7 Spectro Xpress Spectro Densitometer features the same highly intuitive user interface as the Betacolor S4 Xpress, leading to easy adoption, wide acceptance, and quick payback on your investment.

Highly understandable densitometer functions including density, dot gain, trapping efficiency, and gray balance help the press operator quickly achieve specified color. The process color gamut is expanded to measure red, green, and blue density and dot gain as well.  The unique "traffic light" system quickly gives the press operator  the OK when he is running in spec and detailed guidance when the color exceeds the customer's limits.

Today's emphasis on Near Neutral Gray Balance is implemented with the most user-friendly and automatic system on the Betacolor S7 Spectro Xpress.  GRACoL and the G7 Methodology are highly productive if the operator can make sense of the instrument and the data.  Gray balance targets are automatically recognized, measurements taken, tolerances calculated, and the operator given the the exact information he needs in less than a second.
